Your prints are made to order and typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Does KOIA offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Production
We use a global print-on-demand network to produce your art locally, reducing shipping time and environmental impact. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you.
Quality prints
All our fine art posters are printed on premium quality paper using professional-grade printing technology, ensuring vibrant colors and sharp details that last.
Can I return a print?
Our prints are custom-made for each order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Do you offer custom designs or modifications?
We love creating custom pieces! Whether you want to modify an existing design or create something entirely new, email us at koiastudio@gmail.com. We'll work with you to create a mockup, and once you approve it, we'll send it to production. Let's create something special together! ❤️
